Perfect blending, High performace
F. Adams (E. OR) 6/12/2009 8:27 AM
By far the best artisan flour I have used - I like it better than King Arthur & what is available at our coop. The price is reasonable; shipping is prompt; product is fresh. I make @ 6 loaves every other week with Northwest Sourdough starter, which performs well with this flour. Friends and neighbors are delighted with a loaf of consistently crispy-on the outside, airy-soft & chewy-in the middle goodness. Day old slices make wonderful French toast. I'm going to sell these at our local Farmers' Market.
