Shelf-Life: Stores for 1 year in a sealed 25 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions:  Soak lima beans in water overnight and place in refrigerator. Drain beans. Add 4 parts water to 1 part soaked beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook on simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally and serve.

Uses:  Used to make casseroles, chili, soups and any recipe calling for baby lima beans.
