Honeyville's Dehydrated Banana Chips are a mild, crispy, lightly sweet snack made with banana slices that have been flavored with a hint of honey. They're lightly fried but not oily and are a quick burst of energy to have on hand for your fast paced lifestyle. They're perfect to add to your snack and trail mixes. Tuck them in your lunch box or in nutty whole grain granola. They make a delightful garnish a-top a pile of sweet whipped cream on banana desserts. They are best straight from the can and not necessarily for hydrating or baking.

Dehydrated Banana Chips are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product in a special drying process. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh taste, natural color, and texture of bananas in its dehydrated state. Honeyville's Dehydrated Banana Chips contain banana, coconut oil, sugar, and natural flavoring for a chip that is unbelievable. The taste is great, and the nutritional food value is preserved. Honeyville Dehydrated Banana chips are an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.

Not what I expected
Jamie (MN) 5/10/2013 9:14 AM
I was looking for true freeze dried bananas (and only bananas). Thought I had found a deal (bought them through an Amazon shipper), but was disappointed they have added sugar, oil, and banana flavoring--yes really. There is no need for that with bananas, they are fine on their own. Now I have a ton of bananas that I don't really feel great about eating (however my dog goes crazy for them). I find them a little greasy. I am sticking with the Archer Farms freeze dried bananas that contain nothing but bananas, and unfortunately only come in single serving packages, but still the healthier choice.

Best Banana chips by far
Jimmy (Utah) 2/12/2013 2:29 PM
A staple of my diet has become an almond nut mix with raisins, yogurt chips and craisins. These are the best tasting and textured banana chips I have found anywhere, including all the health food stores. I make sure they are in every batch I make! Thanks Honeyville!
