Uses: Honeyville's (Unbleached) Beehive Patent Flour is used in Hearth breads, Italian breads, hard rolls, English muffins, rolls, sub buns, pan breads, deep-dish pizza crusts, pita breads, croissants, all-around use where a high quality, patent flour product is required.

Performance: Very strong flour with exceptional carrying power, excellent absorption, tolerance and machinability.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour, and ascorbic acid added as a dough conditioner.
