Blanched Almond Flour is simply skinless almonds that are milled into fine flour. The only process that occurs, other than milling, is a hot water bath to remove the skins from the almonds. I love this product! I'm gluten-free...and thoroughly appreciate a great tasting flour product. My husband is crazy about my cranberry pecan muffins made from Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour.....and he can eat anything he wants. Thank you for a fabulous baking GF baking option!

After much research and comparison w/ other gluten-free flours, I purchased this flour - and am HAPPY I did. When considering health benefits (great for low-carb diabetics), flavor, and price, this product has come out #1. I recommend this product to friends and others who are going gluten-free - this is going to produce great tasting and looking GF products.

I've been baking with your blanched almond flour for about two years. First heard of you from www.comfybelly.com. LOVE making muffins, pancakes, waffles, cookies. I got several of my friends hooked on them too now. YUM! Thank you. Would LOVE if you'd offer an ORGANIC blanched almond flour. I'd pay the extra.

I have used several blanched almond products this year but this one is by far the best in taste and price! My baked goods come out delicious and moist and you really can't tell the difference when eating it. My family actually thought I made my baked goods with flour, but were shocked when I told them it was not. I would recommend this to anyone.
