Best Almond Flour on the market

I was using Bob's Red Mill, which worked ok for quite a while, then all of a sudden it started being very grainy and ruined several recipes. And at $9.99 a pound, that's expensive. This is much less expensive, and consistently fine. My gluten free chocolate chip cookies work out perfectly every single time with this flour.

At last I have found the perfect almond flour. The others I have tried have been more like course almond meal and make the bake goods taste gritty. The is the most beautifully very finely ground flour I have found. I can't wait to try it out. Thank you Honeyville - I will be back!

Wow! I ordered almond flour on 2/10/13 @ 5pm and received it at my doorstep on 2/12/13 @ 12:30pm. Super speedy service! I am looking forward to cooking with it. Ate a spoonful and it is very fine and tasty. Locally I can only get Bob Red Mill, but their fine is still very coarse compared to Honeyville. Will post more after cooking with it, but am 100% sure it will be fantastic. Thanks for a great product at a great price with fast shipping.

I absolutely LOVE this flour!! It is EXCELLENT for baking and the result is pure moistness..We eat Gluten free and thanks to a friend introducing me to almond flour,we can eat much healthier while eating gluten free..This is my third bag and I plan to contnue using this flour!! It's also to cheapest price I've found. That's a bonus! Makes yummy moist recipes..

Hands down the best almond flour to make french macaron. Aside from the great value, it also has the finest grind consistency which is needed to have a smooth surface macaron. After finishing the entire bag, I didn't find any clumps. Make sure to refrigerate it after opening so it won't get a bit oily due to warm temperature and humidity.
