Each 401 Can of Freeze Dried Diced Apple contains 2.12 ounces of product. 2.12 ounces of Freeze Dried Apples measures out to about 9 1/4 cup servings of dried apples. A 401 can measures just under 5 inches tall and is about 4 inches in diameter, or roughly the size of a pint of ice cream.
Shelf Life: Freeze Dried Apples may be stored in the sealed 401 can (with included oxygen absorber packet) for 10 to 15 years under ideal storage conditions (a cool, dry place).
