POWDERED GOLD EGG SUBSTITUTE works well in cookies, pancakes, waffles, brownies, dry mixes, and cake donuts. In other applications the formula may need to be adjusted

REPLACEMENT FORMULAS:

Whole Egg Powder: Use Powdered Gold Egg Substitute to replace whole egg powder on a 1:1 ratio. Note: additional water may need to be added due to excellent binding properties of Egg Substitute.

Liquid Whole Egg: Use 4 parts water to 1 part Egg Substitute when replacing liquid whole eggs. For example, if your formula calls for 5 lbs of whole egg, replace with 4 lb water and 1 lb of Egg Substitute.

Fresh Eggs: One whole fresh egg = 41 grams of water plus 11 grams of Egg Substitute (4:1 ratio).

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wheat starch, soy flour, dextrose, sugar, dried egg yolk, food emulsifier, soybean oil, mono-diglycerides, guar gum, beta carotene.
