This buckwheat flour is fantastic. I'm allergic to wheat and learned to make a lot of great banana breads, flat breads, pancakes, muffins with this flour. It took a while to use up a 50 pound bag, but I'm soon to buy more! I stored it in a food-grade bucket with oxygen absorbers, broken down into small bags for ease of use in the kitchen. My bag lasted about 9 months and stayed fresh. No moths, no problems. Just delicious buckwheat delivered quickly with no hassles.
