Shelf-Life:  Stores 1 to 3 years in a sealed plastic bag within a 7.5 inch by 6 inch box under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions:  Preheat griddle to 375°. Blend pancake mix and cold water together in a bowl and stir until well blended. Pour onto griddle and cook pancakes until bubbles appear on the top and the edges have a dry appearance; about one minute. Flip just once and cook for one more minute. Add butter and syrup for taste and serve.

Uses:  Makes delicious golden-brown pancakes and waffles.

Packaging:  Our Pancake Mix is packaged in a box and weighs approximately 2 pounds. A case contains 12 boxes and weighs 24 pounds. Each box makes 50 four inch pancakes.
