My husband loves this cereal. It tastes fresher than the boxed Cream of Wheat from the store. We like to stir brown sugar or marshmellows into the hot cereal. I've also used it in muffins (substitute 1/4 cup of the flour in the recipe), turns out great! If you store this in the can, after opening can, pour the farina into a gallon ziploc bag, and put the sealed bag back in the can, to keep it fresher.

This is a good and inexpensive substitute for Cream of Wheat. Takes alittle longer to cook, but is rich and creamy! Beware though, directions on the can say to use a 1 part cereal to 3 parts water, I used a 1 to 6 ratio and got a perfect consistency.
