Tastes great, but one concern.

I really love the taste of this hot chocolate, its great. My big concern is that I don't like want to consume sucralose (Splenda) the sugar substitute. Is it possible for you to manufacture a hot chocolate where the consumer can add their own sweetener to your product - such as honey or agave? It would really help those who don't want to consume cane sugar, beet sugar, or sugar substitutes such as sucralose (splenda), sweet and low, aspartame.

I add this to coffee and make mocha. It makes the best mocha I've had in a very long time. I also drink it as hot chocolate once in a while but mostly as mocha.

And it's great as is.. 50 kcal per cup, and we add just a little squirt of peppermint flavored zero-everything whipped cream from a squirt can.
It's taken the place of our hot tea in the winter evenings.
I do wonder about the scoop though... some cans come with a much smaller scoop than the others (actually about 1/2 the size by volume), and they all say "one scoop". All from the same case. What gives with that? (We use the smaller one).

VERY disappointing!

I was happy to find a gourmet hot chocolate I could eat on my diet. Unfortunately, when I made up my first cup I found this hot chocolate to be almost completely lacking in chocolate flavor and with a powerfully strong artificial sweetness that lingers. I was very disappointed.
I've had a couple more cups and it is tolerable, but I really drink it just because I want something hot and soothing and I don't drink coffee.

I love this cocoa !
I "cheat" and add a splash of half and half, but sugar in products is what throws my blood sugar for a loop, not the fat. So this is perfect for me. Much better than grocery store products!
