Each # 10 Can of Freeze Dried Banana contains 0.75 pounds of product. 0.75 pounds of Freeze Dried Banana Slices measures out to about 40 1/4 cup servings of dried bananas. A #10 can measures 7 inches tall and is a little over 6 inches in diameter, or roughly the size of a large coffee can.
Shelf Life: Freeze Dried Bananas may be stored in the sealed #10 can (with included oxygen absorber packet) for 5 to 10 years under ideal storage conditions (a cool, dry place).

I appreciate so very much that you now are stocking these freeze dried banana chips in additon to the dehydrated banana chips. These are better for some things than the others. I love these for cereals and snacking or adding to any recipes that require real bananas. It's a very convenient way to have bananas on hand at all times without worrying about them going bad on you.
