Shelf-Life:  Freeze Dried Beef Dices will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once opened, freeze dried meat should be used within 1 month if refrigerated, 1 week if not.

Instructions:  Add 1 cup of boiling water to ½ cup of Freeze Dried Beef. Stir once, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess water and use the beef as you would use fresh beef.

Uses:  Freeze Dried Beef Dices can be used to make stews, soups, pastas and more.

Packaging:  Freeze Dried Beef Dices are sealed air tight in a #10 can and weighs approximately 1.5 pounds. A case contains 6 #10 cans and weighs 9 pounds. Each can contains 28 servings. One serving size is ½ cup. Once rehydrated, a serving size comes out to about 3/4 cup.
