I have been trying different freeze dried cheeses. This is better then Mozarella. Has more flavor. I agree, great as a crunchy snack. Makes good nachos, although I needed to rehydrate longer than recommended. (low humidity & high altitude) Also good to put on table as is to top soups and potatoes. Sprinkle it on and in a couple of minutes its melty and yummy! I'm coming back for more!

I ordered this product a short time ago and finally got around to opening the can today...mmmmm...I tasted it right out of the can as I opened it. The product was fresh, tasted "true" and was actually rather good as a crispy snack. I can't wait to start including it into baking recipes or just sprinkle it "as is" on top of casseroles then bake.
