Honeyville's Freeze Dried Peaches taste like no other. The texture is light and crisp while the flavor has the perfect balance of sweet and tart that only comes from the freshest peaches. With our freeze dried peaches, you can use them for any application that requires peaches. You can even eat them right out of the can as a healthy snack. Try Honeyville's freeze dried peaches in anything from pies and cakes to smoothies and yogurt, the possibilities are endless!
Honeyville Freeze Dried Peaches are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. Only about 3 percent moisture remains in the product at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90 percent, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh taste, natural color, and texture of peaches in its freeze dried state.
When rehydrated, the peaches will absorb the liquid and become fresh peaches again. The taste is great, and the nutritional food value is preserved. Freeze drying provides natural and additive free fruits to be stored effectively for long periods of time. Honeyville Freeze Dried Peaches are an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.
Shelf-Life: Freeze Dried Peaches will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: Add 3 parts water to 1 part peach. Allow Freeze Dried Peaches to hydrate for about 20 minutes or until fully rehydrated. Honeyville Freeze Dried Peaches can replace fresh prepared peaches at a rate of 9 to 1. That means that each can of Freeze Dried Peaches is the equivalent of about 7 pounds of fresh peaches.
Uses: Freeze Dried Peaches can be added directly to your favorite yogurts, oatmeals, or cereals. They can also be rehydrated in fruit recipes or eaten right out of the can as a healthy snack.

These peaches are as yummy-sweet as candy! Remind me of the fruitiness of Fruit-Roll-Ups. My 2 children, under age 4 snack endlessly on them. They're your best bet for peaches outside a fresh farmer's market.

So far these are my favorite freeze dried fruit.Very peachy, crunchy and tasty.I agree that the dices could be larger, as it makes them pretty useless to use as something other than a snack..but oh what a snack!
I kept going back to them over and over, til before I knew it the can was gone.In a word..these are YUM!

I'm not a real big peach fan, I hadn't ordered the peaches specifically, just gotten the peaches in the case of assorted fruits I ordered. Started seeing all the good comments about the peaches. So I opened the can out of curiosity, to try them. Boy, talk about addictive. Very good. The fruit equivalent of Lay's Potato Chips! I have been very pleased with all honeyville grain products, there's only been one exception. Try the peaches, they are great! Can't wait til the pineapple comes available again, dying to try it!

The taste of the freezed dried peaches was very good. Tasted like a fresh peach. I did not like the small pieces. Just a little to small. I kept dropping them as I tried to eat them. Color was good too.
Granddaughter thought they were real good. Every time I looked around she had her hand in the can. Her age is 12yrs old. I will not cook with them. They will be kept as a snack for the family.

These are diced small, but they sure are sweet! I just rehydrated some, drained them, mixed in some orange marmalade and cinnamon and made a pie out of it. It was delicious!!
