Honeyville's Freeze Dried Raspberries are light and crisp, while the flavors have the perfect balance of sweet and tart that only comes from the freshest raspberries.
You can use them for any application that calls for raspberries, including eating them right out of the can as a healthy snack. Honeyville's freeze dried raspberries are great for jams, yogurt, toppings, smoothies,
the possibilities are endless!
Honeyville Freeze Dried Raspberries are produced in a process where moisture is removed from the product using a very low temperature and a vacuum. Only about 3 percent moisture remains in the product
at the time of packaging. The end product weight is reduced by over 90 percent, while the volume stays the same. This remarkable process concentrates the fresh taste, natural color, and texture of raspberries.
When rehydrated, the product will absorb the liquid and resemble fresh raspberries once again. The taste is great, and the nutritional value is preserved. Freeze drying provides natural and additive
free fruits to be stored effectively for long periods of time. Honeyville Freeze Dried Raspberries are an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.
Shelf-Life: Freeze Dried Raspberries will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once
opened, it has an average shelf life of 12 to 18 months.
Instructions: Add 3 parts water to 1 part raspberry. Allow Freeze Dried Raspberries to hydrate for about 20 minutes or until fully rehydrated. Honeyville Freeze Dried Raspberries can replace fresh prepared raspberries at a rate of 7 to 1. That means that each can of Freeze Dried Raspberries is the equivalent of about 3.5 pounds of fresh raspberries.
Uses: Freeze Dried Raspberries can be added directly to your favorite yogurts, oatmeals, or cereals. They can also be rehydrated in fruit recipes or eaten right out of the can as a healthy snack.

From the first moment I tasted these dehydrated raspberries, I couldn't get enough. I bought a large can and it was gone in about a week. These are better than fresh raspberries. I eat them as popcorn or with whipped cream and chocolate. It's a decadent dessert. A can of these won't stay in my pantry for long. I can't imagine having this can for 10 years, sorry. lol

These are so good! Now that I have a can of them I want to try them in my baking but I don't know if any will make it in. I love eating them just out of the can. They are like popcorn or potato chips, I can eat just one. Now that I found them I am going to keep them on hand. Survival food, no way, just plain delicious.

I love the tartness of these berries, it's like eating sour candy only these are so much better for you. I actually prefer eating these over fresh raspberries.

I use these in cold cereal and they really add flavor. I've just finished my second large can. The first was best, tart and sweet at the same time, so they were great for snacking as well as adding to cereals or for baking. The second can was a little more tart - not quite sweet enough to enjoy as a stand-alone snack, but still very good for other uses.

These freeze dried fruits are absolutely the best. Shelf life is long. I'm thrilled to have this as a snack option in my house. I love to see the kids reach for it instead of less healthy snacks. Great for baking too. reconstitutes really well.
