Shelf-Life: Freeze Dried Sweet Potatoes will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: Add 3 parts water to 1 part sweet potato. Bring water to a rolling boil. Remove water from heat and add sweet potatoes. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes, then serve.
