Shelf-Life: Freeze Dried White Turkey will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once opened, freeze dried meat should be used within 1 month if refrigerated, 1 week if not.
Instructions: Add 1 cup of boiling water to ½ cup of Freeze Dried Turkey. Stir once, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess water and use the turkey as you would use fresh turkey.

Taste like turkey

First let me say - Taste Like Turkey. Used it to make a Turkey Noodle cassarole and no one could tell the difference. Other then the pieces being cut smaller than I would have cut them they work perfect.
There is alot of powder/breakage in the can, but if you use the water that you rehydrate in as a stock for whatever you are making then it doesn't go to waste. All in all a good product. I will be trying the beef next.
