Very disappointed in flavor

I bought the mixed case feeling I would like the smoothies for my stomach disorder. I was very disappointed in the aftertaste of some of the flavors and the lack of fruit in them. The large amount of sugar in each was not expected. Should have read the ingredients better but was in a hurry to buy something I could eat. They unfortunately are getting used very little and when I do, I need to add my own dried fruit and other items to make it taste better. I was looking forward to the berry one which is always my favorite. I hope someone can tell me what the after taste is in the ingredients list so I can look out for it. The peach was extremely bland. The Tropical Monsoon was not to bad and strawberry/kiwi I have yet to try. The serving size was also very small compared to the calorie intake and hard to measure with crushed ice. I would not buy this again and could not recommend them to a friend, Sorry Honeyville.
On a good note, I absolutely LOVE the milk substitute and the chocolate as well. It does not bother my stomach as regular 2% milk does. There are also many other good items on this website which are more afforable than other sites. DAG

Too Salty. Not sure how much salt is put in these for flavor boosting but way way way too much for our taste buds. Even when I put in less than half with yogurt plain and lots of ice it's just way to salty tasting. Berry is best strawberry next but the others just don't cut it. I've got two sets that I intended to give away as gifts but the lady who got the first set didn't seem thrilled for more either. So not sure how I'll use these up....maybe adding to cakes or sauces of some sort. Take out the salt and cut the sugar back and it would be much better.

Cool summer party drinks can be made by using 5 scoops of mix to blender full of ice, 1 1/2 cup of water, & 1/2 cup of vodka or light rum. Try combining flavors like the strawberry - kiwi with the tropical coconut. YUM !

These mixes are fantastic to keep on hand for making quick smoothies in different flavors. You don't even need milk since they blend great together with just water. They are also great to use when making homemade ice cream. I use a pack of instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix then flavor it with one of these four mixes, and three cups of milk in my ice cream maker.
