My first try, I didn't pack the scone mix into my measuring cup and the dough was pretty wet. I had to add more mix while rolling it out. But they fried up perfectly and were DELICIOUS! SUPER easy to make, just a little mixing and frying! I wish I could find them again at my store, but they were in the close out baskets.
