your imagination can think of.
Beans and peas have been a staple food source around the world for hundreds of years. They provide high amounts of protein, iron,
carbohydrates and other vitamins and minerals to sustain a healthy diet. Beans come in many different shapes and sizes and can be cooked in a variety of ways from soups,
dips and even side dishes. Peas also come in different colors and can be cooked in many different ways, similar to beans. Our beans and peas come from many
sources so you get the best quality possible throughout the entire year.
Rice has been a staple food source around the world for centuries, especially in eastern
cultures. Rice is eaten by over half of the world population and provides 20% of the world's dietary energy supply. Rice is a valuable source of energy, as well as
carbohydrates, potassium and thiamin. We offer both brown and white long grain rice in bulk quantity. Long grain white rice is also available in #10 cans.
