Excellent Product!

I have been searching for a non-nutritive but natural sweetener for quite a while, and this works perfectly for my needs. Synergized with reasonable quantities of an artificial sweetener, or used to cut down on sugar use, this product has been of great value to me. The added cost is entirely outweighed by the near-zero nutritive value, and the lack of a laxative factor in use. I have used it in coffee, in candies, and in hot cereals with no difficulties.

After getting sick and tired of the chemicals in soda offered to us and our kids, I invested about $200 in a home carbonation setup re-using 2-liter and 20 ounce bottles. With the purchase of some soda mixes, some stevia, and this erythritol, we've now been drinking more soda then ever, and no longer have to worry about the cumulative heath effects from sweeteners and preservatives - it's been great. : ) We also carbonate just about any liquid - fruit juices, mixes, even milk, and carbonated sliced fruit mix has become a great healthy desert. For soda/fruit syrup: Fill a 2-liter to 4cm below the neck with water, then mix 100grams (+/-30 to taste) Erythritol and 3/4ths of a teaspoon Stevia (+/- 1/4 tsp to taste). Shake well, and add whatever powdered flavorings you like. Scale for smaller amounts. : )

Love Erythritol

I love this stuff. Except for the slight cooling effect, it tastes just like sugar. If you mix it (half and half) with Splenda you counter-act Splenda's after taste and Erythritol's cooling effect. This makes a great baking combo. This is also the best price I have found for erythritol. Can't live without it.
