Just 15 grams of Hi-Maize contains 9 grams of dietary fiber, which is twice as much fiber contained in 1 cup of oatmeal. Hi-Maize gets its natural dietary fiber from corn. Honeyville Hi-Maize Resistant Starch is an ideal product for your baking needs.
Shelf-Life: Hi-Maize Resistant Starch will store for 2 years in a sealed 50 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: Replace about 10% to 25% of the flour the recipe requires with Hi-Maize Resistant Starch.

I put this in everything! All of my baked breads have improved textures and I'm adding tons of healthy bacteria to anyone's body who eats it!!! It acts as a pre-biotic in the intestines, which strengthens the immune system. It is great in cookies, biscuits, pancakes, macaroni and cheese, pizza dough, brownies, muffins and just about any baked good. I use 1/3 of this hi-maize in all of my breads, which is more than is suggested but it works fine! I add about 25% of it in all other things. My family loves it because it doesn't change the taste of anything and it is healthier for us! They are getting lots of resistant starch which is considered a type of fiber. We all need more of it for good health and this is a perfect way to include it in your diet!
