Very good! More on order
Ken (Baytown) 10/20/2011 7:52 PM
I ordered one to try. Our first attempt following the instructions yielded a passable but thin mashed potato. The next time I added a little more flakes, some butter and salt and pepper while mixing. They were great. These will be very good for my supplies.

I'm adding a star to my earlier review. I added more seasoning to my potatoes and they taste great!

I'm having a hard time believing that there are 72+ ratings and that the average is 2 stars. Someone is purposely downgrading things and not writing reviews. For my part, this is a good product and I will be buying it again.

Great texture!

I really was pleased with the texture of these potato flakes. The taste is a little bland though. I will use more seasoning the next time. Overall, these are worth buying again.

We ordered a can to try and were blown away by the great taste. We are ordering a case ASAP. We have a box of Betty Crocker instant potatoes in the cupboard and no one wants to eat them after eating your potatoes.
