Honeyville Low Fat Biscuit Recipe (makes about 9):
Preparation time: 5 minutes; Baking time: 8 to 10 minutes.
Mix 2 1/4 cups Honeyville Low Fat Baking Mix with 2/3 cup skim milk.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Place on surface sprinkled with flour. Knead 10 times.
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter - place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Drop Biscuits: Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Honeyville Low Fat Dumpling Recipe (makes about 10):
Mix 2 cups Honeyville Low Fat Baking Mix with 2/3 cup skim milk.
Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew; reduce heat.
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Preparation time: 3 minutes; Cook time: 3 minutes.
2 cups Honeyville Low Fat Baking Mix, 1 1/4 cup skim milk, 2 eggs
Stir ingredients until blended.
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden.
