Honeyville's Instant Milk Substitute is a whey based beverage formulated to provide all the nutritional qualities of delicious milk with added calcium and vitamins. Instant powdered Milk
Substitute tastes just like natural milk. Kids love the milk flavor of this delicious drink, which has been custom formulated and blended with vitamins A and D and real dry milk solids.
One 8 oz. glass of Honeyville’s Instant Milk Substitute contains 30% of the recommended daily allowance for vitamins A and D, and 10% of the recommended daily allowance for calcium. It's also an ideal
product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.
Shelf-Life: stores for 1 year in a sealed 25 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: Combine powder with warm water and mix for about 30 seconds. Chill, serve, and enjoy.
Uses: Instant Milk Substitute can be used to make delicious milk, or in combination with shakes as a milk replacement.

Its good we drink it :)
It is probably healthier than regular dairy with all the reports of radiation in the dairy products.

I have now used this for 2 years and love it and my kids love it. I found if you mix it to strong it isn't that good and if its to weak its watery. get a kitchen scale and measure 185 grams to 2 quarts. I use grams because its more precise. if its to watery for you use more and less if its to strong.
great product and its easy to store.

I love this milk! I've been drinking it daily now for almost a year, and can't imagine drinking any other kind of milk. Works just like regular milk, in all cooking and baking also.

We purchased this product as a cost saving measure. We have 8 children which is allot of milk use. Doing the math by using this product we brought our price per gallon down to $1.78 . Then there is the human factor are we going to be able to get the kids to drink it. The answer was Yes not only drink it but love it. I am also finding that cooking with it is no different than milk. I made a white sauce for mac n cheese last night . This product stood up to scalding the milk and made a wonderful sauce. We are very pleased and will be ordering again soon. Our one wish is that the instructions were on the bag or on a slip of paper. We had to call California upon 1st use.

Placed an order and the box containing the 50# of milk substitute were mutilated in the box as if someone had broken the box open, made a mess, and then proceeded to tape it to death with a mess inside. I contacted the company to let them know of my problem. It was met with no argument or game playing of any sort. Here it is 7 days later and replacement product was waiting on my doorstep. When you have a problem these guys make it right. Highly recommend this company and love their products.
