Potato Cheese Soup from Honeyville Farms is just too good to be locked away in your family food storage.  Sure we've formulated our Potato Cheese Soup Mix to store for up to 5 years, but why wait?  It's that good.  This creamy blend of cheese, potatoes and choice vegetables is seasoned to perfection and so easy to prepare.  Just bring water to a boil, whisk in soup mix and cook for 15 minutes.  Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.  Great as a meal, the first course of your favorite meal, or, if you really must, a nice comfort food component for your food storage.

Shelf Life:  Honeyville's Potato Cheese Soup Mix will store for 3-5 years in the sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions:  Bring water to a rolling boil.  Whisk in Potato Cheese Soup Mix.  Reduce heat and cook at a gentle boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes prior to serving.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Enjoy!

Uses: Potato cheese soup can be used to make hearty delicious soup by itself or used in recipes for pot pies, casseroles and more.

Packaging: Potato Cheese Soup Mix is sealed air tight in a #10 can and weighs approximately 3 pounds. A case contains 6 #10 cans and weighs 18 pounds. Each can contains 39 servings. Cooked serving is a little over 1 cup.
