NO to sugar and corn syrup

I, too, was set to buy but sugar and corn syrup are not healthy for anyone. If you can replace this with coconut sugar, Stevia or a whole/natural alternative, I will buy tons of this. Also, over 50% of the calories come from fat. There are other peanut butter powders that have only 45 calories per 2 tablespoons and far less fat and carbs. I hate to spend more for another product, but I will because my commitment to good health is important to me. As a doctor, I encourage everyone to eliminate sugar and corn syrup from their diets. Please make the change and be healthier for your customers. There are other powdered peanut butter products that are healthier, lower in fat and lower in calories/sugar. Thanks.

Good in Oatmeal

I put a scoop of this in my oatmeal shortly before it's done, and stir it in. Adds a little peanuty flavor to the otherwise bland oats.
Also try it in milkshakes! A banana, ice cream, and some of this. Real peanut butter doesn't always work well in the blender.

I love peanut butter, but not the calories. So I was thrilled to discover powdered peanut butter. This stuff is fantastic for peanut butter pie, Thai sauces, smoothies, peanut butter cookies and more, while saving calories. I'll eat it in a PB&J, but it's not exactly the same as regular peanut butter. However for cooking, this stuff can't be beat.

I was all set to buy this and noticed "corn syrup solids" and sugar in the ingredients, two items not in my dietary budget. Thought this would be great to take on camping and extended trips. Oh well, the real stuff only has nuts, will have to do.

I live low carb and this stuff is an AWESOME find! It can be made as thick/thin as you want and is less expensive than another brand I purchased before. The large container that I thought would last forver is nearly gone.
