Powdered Sour Cream CASE

Honeyville's Powdered Sour Cream is made from real cultured cream that makes for fresh sour cream in minutes. Easily whips up into sour cream by simply adding water and mixing. Sour cream is a traditional condiment that is heavily used in European and North American cuisine. Sour Cream is also widely used as a baking ingredient and flavor enhancer, not to mention the key ingredient in most dipping sauces and dressings. Honeyville Powdered Sour Cream is an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.

Shelf-Life: Powdered Sour Cream will store for 5 to 10 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions: Add 1 part water to 1 part powdered sour cream. Any remaining sour cream should be refrigerated.

Uses: Powdered Sour Cream can be used to make delectable sour cream, or in combination with dips, dressings, toppings and more.

Packaging: Powdered Sour Cream is sealed air tight in a #10 can and weighs approximately 2.5 pounds. A case contains 6 #10 cans and weighs 15 pounds. Each can contains 454 servings. One serving size is ½ tablespoon.

Ingredients: Cultured Cream (Cream, Nonfat Milk, Culture, Enzymes), Salt, Lactic Acid, BHT, Tocopherols. Contains less than 2% Silicon Dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% Sodium Citrate as a processing aid.
