Hard White Wheat 50 LB

We have used about 150 pounds of Honeyville Hard White Wheat and have never been disappointed. It is very clean, grinds nicely and has a wonderful flavor in all of our baked goods (bread, pancakes, cakes, cookies, etc...). Will definitely continue buying from Honeyville.

I gave this product a 4 only because when I received it there was a gash about 2 inches long on the bag so a bit of wheat had spilled into the box. The wheat itself, however, is awesome. Very clean, no stones or pebbles. I plan to reorder more in the future. Just hoping it will arrive intact. :)

I have bought a number of bulk grains from Honeyville, and have not been dissappointed with any of them. I bake all of our bread and make all of the flour from whole grains. The hard white wheat is one of the staples that I use the most. All of the grains that I have bought from Honeyvill has be exceptionally clean and the breads that I make from them have been very high quality. Honeyville keeps prices very competitive without gouging on shipping costs. I buy most of my grains from them, and couldn't be happier with quality and prices.

This is very best value as well as quality for wheat berries... I bought both the red as well as the white hard berries and will be back. This is the 1st company that isn't in the "Shipping Buiness" and consistantly gives 1st quality.

I recently placed my first order from Honeyville and I am very pleased. Beautiful, clean wheat berries and we've already packed it up in mylar. This is the first wheat berries I have used to make my own flour and breads so I don't have much experience in comparing with others but I couldn't be much happier! The berries are extremely clean (hardly any dust at all) with no foreign objects, just nice clean berries. My husband (who grew up growing wheat) rated these berries as being 95% in quality. Being that these are white wheat berries they definitely produce a bread that tastes much more like store bread, which is nice for people that are just switching over to whole grain cooking/baking. Customer service was excellent, shipping was extremely fast and the price of shipping is great. Thanks again Honeyville! I will definitely be back and cant wait to try some soft wheat for my desserts!

I have been baking exclusively with this grain for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with the results. My grandchildren like it as much as the red wheat bread I bake. This wheat produces a milder wheat taste than the red wheat, which is a nice change of pace at times. So far this has been a very clean wheat, so I haven't had to worry about my mill getting damaged.
