Made a nice blueberry spread
Chris (Elgin, South Carolina) 5/16/2013 10:11 PM
I tried rehydrating them and blending them into a smoothie but the skins remained and were tough. I then boiled about 1 cup with an equal amount of water with 1 tablespoon Splenda (I'm diabetic). I tossed that into the blender with about 1/4 of almond flour to thicken. Quite tasty and sugar free.

Opened can of f.d. blueberries and very delicious. However, can was only 30% full.

The worst

I usually don't write reviews however they were just so bad I had to. My family tried them straight out of the can AND rehydrated. They made all of us gage both ways. I would even feel bad giving them to someone for free. We really wanted ot to work, however it just didn't

I hate to say this, but these are terrible. They have no taste and when rehydrated they have the consistency of packing peanuts. I will not be purchasing these again.

This seems like a great deal, but there is only 12 oz per can, aprox 6 cups of blueberries. Most other companies have 16 oz per #10 can. When you open the can it is only half full at most.

These are the most amazing little crunchy sweet treats ever. I had to look back at the can and make sure they said Just blueberries for ingredients! They are like CANDY!

i add these to my oatmeal, add extra water & cover for 10 minutes and they plump up to sweet and tarty. i've never eaten oatmeal & fruit for breakfast and now i have both every morning & won't feel hungry for 5 hours. what was i thinking all these years? honeyville is responsible for my changing my eating habits. everything is worthwhile and fresh from the garden tasty. aloha and mahalo.........

i like them crunchy
mick (michigan) 1/5/2012 1:16 PM
i use these on cereal, with milk, and don't bother rehydrating them. They're excellent. very good blueberry flavor. It took me a month or more to get through a large can, but the last ones were still good.

Different but good
Terry Pack (Ohio) 12/24/2011 3:57 PM
I am not a blueberry kinda guy but my wife likes them. She thought that they were OK but did not want another can. I gave some to a friend of mine (BIG BLUEBERRY FAN) and he said on crunchy cereal they were great, also putting them in pancakes was great because it made them not chewy as they were normally. I liked them as much as I do fresh blueberries. tp

The Best Product Honeyville Makes!
Deb (Issaquah, WA) 2/20/2010 8:12 PM
Withut exception, these blueberries are the very best product that Honeyville makes! I have to resist eating the whole can too quickly! I eat them rehydrated and just out of the can - love the crunchiness. Yummy, yum, yum!

It actually stunned me to discover the quality and flavor of this product. Using it in recipes like blueberry pancakes etc.. people didn't know it had been freeze dried. Wow!

I love to put these in my morning waffle batter or in fruit smoothies! They are so light and cheap to ship up here to the bush!

Blueberries
E. Christine (PNW) 2/5/2009 3:26 PM
I'm addicted to these blueberries. I don't care for dehydrated berries, but these freeze dried ones are great! I put a couple spoonfuls in my home made(delicious) granola. I actually prefer them to fresh this way. Great product!

THE BEST!
Johnny (Boonieland, Texas) 1/31/2009 10:30 PM
We got these in the fruit combo case and tried them 1st. VERY, VERY good product!! Daughter eats them in cereal, I eat them out of the can, and my wife puts them(rehydrated) in muffins and baked goods. Fresh fruit without spoilage or refrigeration. Thanks so much Honeyville! JC
