This flour is by far THE BEST gluten free flour I have ever baked with! This flour mimics wheat flour perfectly, yet is somehow way better! The flavor is rich, flavorful and non-grainy. This flour is best used with Elana's recipes at www.elanaspantry.com. AWESOME PRODUCT!

This arrived in good time, and I was thankful to know that the product hadn't been treated with chemicals and fillers like some brands. This is cheaper than anywhere else I've found, and it is a superb product. I go through it so quickly -- it's fabulous for baking! Highly recommended!

I find the natural flour an excellent product, it is significantly superior in both flavor and binding characteristics to the blanched version for crackers and breads.

This is by far the best almond flour on the market. I've tried several. It makes creamy batters for breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, crepes and more. I wouldn't waste my money on any other brand....

I love this stuff! I follow a low-carb lifestyle and this allows me to make to-die-for baked goods. Even my non-LC friends enjoy my Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Muffins, Meyer Lemon Tart (crust made with this almond flour) and other luscious goodies. I've tried several other brands and the Honeyville beats them all, hands down.

I use this flour all the time, for cookies, cheesecake crusts, pie pastry, and pound cakes. The fine texture helps create outstanding baked goods, which rival their high-carb counterparts in flavor and consistency.
