Blanched Almond Flour 5 LB

I was using Bob's Red Mill, which worked ok for quite a while, then all of a sudden it started being very grainy and ruined several recipes. And at $9.99 a pound, that's expensive. This is much less expensive, and consistently fine. My gluten free chocolate chip cookies work out perfectly every single time with this flour.

At last I have found the perfect almond flour. The others I have tried have been more like course almond meal and make the bake goods taste gritty. The is the most beautifully very finely ground flour I have found. I can't wait to try it out. Thank you Honeyville - I will be back!

Wow! I ordered almond flour on 2/10/13 @ 5pm and received it at my doorstep on 2/12/13 @ 12:30pm. Super speedy service! I am looking forward to cooking with it. Ate a spoonful and it is very fine and tasty. Locally I can only get Bob Red Mill, but their fine is still very coarse compared to Honeyville. Will post more after cooking with it, but am 100% sure it will be fantastic. Thanks for a great product at a great price with fast shipping.

I absolutely LOVE this flour!! It is EXCELLENT for baking and the result is pure moistness..We eat Gluten free and thanks to a friend introducing me to almond flour,we can eat much healthier while eating gluten free..This is my third bag and I plan to contnue using this flour!! It's also to cheapest price I've found. That's a bonus! Makes yummy moist recipes..

Hands down the best almond flour to make french macaron. Aside from the great value, it also has the finest grind consistency which is needed to have a smooth surface macaron. After finishing the entire bag, I didn't find any clumps. Make sure to refrigerate it after opening so it won't get a bit oily due to warm temperature and humidity.

Blanched almond flour has been hands-down the most exciting discovery for our family since cutting out gluten for my son (and cutting back on gluten considerably for the rest of our family of 5). With this flour so far I have made bread, cookies, breakfast bars, pancakes and breading for schnitzel. Everything has come out good-looking and extremely tasty. I like using almond flour vs. most of the other wheat substitutions because it is very healthy and requires no xantham gum or other stuff I'd rather not add to my pantry. I use a lot of Elana's Pantry recipes (elanaspantry.com) and they have worked with this flour without fail!

I have used this flour for cookies, breads, and pie crusts and they all came out great!!! The texture is better than most of the other flours out there. I recommend it to anyone trying to stay away from gluten.

I make Chocolate Chip cookies with this flour. I love the flavor this gives the cookies. No one in my family needs Gluten free but it is nice to have that option to make baked goods a bit healthier. My two boys devour the cookies every time I make them. Can't wait to see what other dishes I can make with this stuff!

I use this flour to make French macarons and they are very blanched and fine. I always pre-sift the flour and all of it pass through a fine mesh and there is hardly any waste. The macarons come out shinny, smooth and delicious. Can't beat this price and the $4.49 shipping. So glad to find it here.

Honeyville's almond flour yields pretty, lump-free macarons. If you are grinding your own almond meal at home, don't bother. Just get a bag and have it handy in the kitchen.

Yes, as one reviewr said, it would be great if it were organic, but it's not and doesn't claim to be. Too bad they were so rude as to give it 2 stars because of what they wanted, not what it is. Anyway, it's lovely for baked goods and pancakes and I appreciate that it's available for us.

I've tried other brands of almond meal... this is the best I've had! Certified GF means I don't have to worry about getting sick ~ plus there are no hulls so it works so much better in baking than the Trader Joe's brand. I just love it!

I first tried Trader Joe's brand Almond flour and thought it was okay for some recipes. I kept reading several positive reviews for this flour so I decided to take the leap and try it. I've used it in several recipes and am very pleased with my purchase. If you are switching from typical refined flour, this may seem course, but I had been grinding my own flour at home and the texture of this almond flour is very comparable. I also love the fact that I can purchase this flour in bulk. Definite bonus!

This is by far the best almond flour I've used - it has a finer texture than any I've come across which yield magnificent baking results. People fight over my almond flour chocolate chip cookies.

As a diabetic I wanted to find a healthy, great tasting baking flour. Now I can have my cake and eat it too. I am enjoying my healthy eating options almond flour allows. I do not know about you but 7 carb muffins,3 carb cookies, 10 carb sandwich buns or 1 carb crackers are certainly things worth sharing. All because of your product is ground so fine. I have used other brands and always compare their texture to yours and well, there is no comparison. And not only low carb but fiber and protein is an added bonus to my baked goods. This flour is amazing!! My family and I have been enjoying all of the delicious and nutritious foods I have been making with this flour!! I love that there are no other flours or gums that need to be added to use in baking/cooking with this flour. This is now our only flour in the home. I also love that it seems to be a "local" food for us, as Honeyville is in Utah. The first order I placed arrived within two days! The flat shipping rate is great, too.
