Gourmet Scone Mix

I absolutely love this scone mix! I have given it away to friends and family to try because it is so easy and versatile. I use it to make scones, buns, cinnamon rolls, and our favorite, maple bars. Can't say enough good about it. Hope you try it and like it as much as I do!

This scone mix is great! I use it not only for scones but as a base for other quick breads! It always turns out great and the sealed package keeps it fresh for a very long time! I only wish they carried it in the large long term storage cans again!

I purchased one box at our local store just to try these. One box makes a lot of scones, we used half a box one morning and finished the other today. They turn out perfect everytime and are the best scones I have eaten. This is from a family of five and we all LOVE these so much I came online to purchase in bulk for our food storage. EXCELLENT--The scone dough also can be made into rolls. Much quicker and easier than making rolls from scratch. The waiting time for the initial 20 min. rise and then the rise time to the height desired. I make these when I get home from church and 1 1/2 hours later I am done. Just add yeast (no eggs or shortening mess needed)
