Shelf-Life: Quick Rolled Oats will store for 1 year in a sealed 25 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

Instructions: For instant oatmeal, add ½ cup of quick oats and 1 cup of water in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes then remove, stir, and serve.
