Deep and rich red color. My red velvet cake recipe calls for 2 ounces, which used to cost me $8.00 from the grocery. Now those 2 oz. only cost me 80 cents when using Honeyville's product, so each cake costs about half what it once did to make. Sure, one gallon lasts for 64 cakes, heh heh, a lot I know, but I'm going to share some with my friends!
