Honeyville Red Wheat Flakes are milled from premium quality Hard Red Winter Wheat, which has carefully been selected from specific varieties of hard red wheat grown in the state of Utah and the Intermountain West area. These specially select wheat varieties known for their quality and storability characteristics are then steam rolled and processed to meet the “Table-Grade” Standard established by the State of Utah, prior to packaging.
Honeyville Red Wheat Flakes are rich in protein, vitamins, and other nutrients and is a healthy source of soluble bran fiber. Honeyville Red Wheat Flakes are processed at our own custom milling facilities in Honeyville, Utah, to ensure Table-grade quality standards.
Product application: May be used as a delicious hot cereal, or as a healthy and flavorful replacement in oat meal cookies or multi-grain breads and rolls.
