These are really instant. Just boil the water, turn off the heat, add the beans, put the lid on, wait 3 minutes and stir. The best beans I have ever had. Great home made taste. I will keep these in my everyday panty for our weekly taco night. I am so glad I bought the case.

The refried beans are an excellent product. They are delicious, fast and easy to prepare. I consider this a key preparedness item; beans are nutritious and in this form they don't require a lot of resources to be ready to eat in minutes. And don't forget, they are delicious! :0)
