Honeyville's Regular Rolled Oats are an excellent nutritional food source for emergency preparedness. Rolled oats are a rich source of soluble fiber, protein, and vitamins. These oats are mainly used to make hot cereal for breakfast, also known as oatmeal. Ideal for long-term storage, Honeyville's Regular Rolled Oats are oat groats that have been rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers and then steamed. Honeyville Regular Rolled Oats are an ideal product for long term food storage and emergency preparedness.
Shelf-Life: Regular Rolled Oats will store for 1 year in a sealed 25 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Instructions: Boil 1 cup of water and add ½ cup of oats when water is boiling. Cook for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally, then serve.
Uses: Regular Rolled Oats can be used as a delicious hot cereal, or as a healthy and flavorful ingredient in oatmeal cookies, multi-grain breads, rolls and more.

I've ordered these before & was satisfied with their quality. No dust just oats. I use them mainly for making granola/health bars.

Regular rolled oats seem quick

The regular oats seem more like quick oats as many small and broken oats. I wonder if they were mis labeled. If you prefer the chunky texture of whole rolled oats, you might wish to sample one can before a 25 or 50 pound commitment.
