Honeyville's Semolina Flour is milled from sound, scientifically cleaned and specifically selected durum wheat to produce a premium quality patent flour. This spring-seeded wheat is grown primarily in the same northern areas as hard red spring, while smaller winter-sown quantities are grown in Arizona and California. Semolina is a coarser version of durum flour and durum is the hardest of all U.S. wheats. Sub-classes are hard amber durum, amber durum and durum. Honeyville Semolina Flour is an ideal product for your baking needs.

Shelf-Life:  Semolina Flour will store for 1 year in a sealed 50 pound bag under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).

This may be a little different than most reveiws on here but I have had good results with you product. I make carp baits called boilies with you semolina and soy flour along with corn meal and then other ingredients. I then mix with flavors and eggs and make a doe that I extrude into sausages and then roll into round balls and boil, hence the name boilie. The ingredients I use have to be nutrious for the fish and dense so they will sink into the water. Semolina is perfect for this and the product you sale makes awesome baits and I have caught 100's of large fish on them......Thanks

I was so glad to find this flour. This is great flour. I have made pasta and breads with it and it turns out perfect everytime. If you make your own pasta this flour is a must to have.

Great product. what i dont use i freeze until ready to make more. have la parmagiana 30 lb per hour pasta maker . make 1 or 2 batches at a time. for personal use only.

started makeing fresh pasta but couldnt find semolina except at a high price.then I found honeyville.just what i was looking for keep 2 or 3 lbs out and put the rest in mylar with o2 absorbers perfect for food storage.thanks honeyville
