Soft White Wheat 50 LB

I'm very pleased with the soft white wheat. It is very uniform in size and very clean. I have not found a single bit of chaff or dirt in the bag. Customer service is awesome! I received my shipment slightly damaged from shipping. I immediately called customer service and was told they would ship out a replacement the next day. Since the bags weren't badly damaged, I told the man I spoke to not to worry about it. He checked with me again to make sure I was all right with this. I was, we were, so it ended there. But I would like to point out he was willing and ready to do what it took to make me happy. I am in the process of ordering from Honeyville again, and this is largely due to the way I was treated by customer service.

This is a nice light, very clean wheat. It works great when mixed with a hard wheat for bread if you want a lighter loaf. I used it for pie crust and was very pleased. Mills great , no stones ,extra clean.
