I am not going on about the good/bad of soy protein. You can study this on the web forever and still be confused. I live on this stuff and i feel better, but my taste buds are not enthusiastic. I take a multivitamin, some extra c, 4 tomatoes for extra potassium, 3 calcium and magnesium tablets for over 100 grams of protein and full dose of vitamins and minerals and calcium with a bit of overkill. This brand is a lot lot lot easier to mix than other soy isolate.
Most of the soy isolate for sale is the Supro brand. I used to use that type. The amino acid profile is actually better with ADM isolate. ADM may or may not use genetically modified soybeans, so what. The biggest plus of ADM is that it is more mixable. The second is the amino acid profile. The third is the price.
My wife uses DiVinci and Torani sugar free flavoring to spice it up. I drink it straight and cold. You get used to it with time.
We store the stuff in 1 plastic bags from Sams club, with staples on the top, and then silver metalized duct tape from lowes so the bag is airtight. I then bought some 5 gal food grade pails and put the bags in the pails. We only take out a couple bags at a time. It is our emergency protein source. That is all.
