Good flour if you are sensitive to glutamate

With no malted barley, low protein and no bleaching, you can't get better than this flour for limiting the amount of glutamate you eat. I am very sensitive to glutamate. It makes me gain weight like crazy, but this flour doesn't do that to me. I make all my baked goods with this flour, even breads. I am so happy to have found a reasonably priced flour that is low in glutamate.
