best flour for consistent pizza results

I have bought a couple of bags over the last year for pizza. With a herd of teenagers we go thru a lot of pizza and the results with the Summit flour are uniformly good. Excellent gluten properties for stretching the dough. Good proofing qualities. Good for both thin crust and thicker crust pizza. Also makes good focaccia and similar flat breads
