We are so happy with this product. It was so hard to find good wheat starch in the large volume that we go thru it. Honeyville came thru for us and we are now able to buy in large quantity and have a product with quality that we can trust. It is grown here in the USA, instead of China and similar countries which many local specialty food shops sell.
