My dad is a professional baker so my standards are high. We love rye bread and having some Czech and German in our family trees, we use these for both cooking and baking. The quality, freshness, aroma, and taste are superior to what professional bakers have access to! Try these, you will not be disappointed just remember to keep them in an airtight container to retain maximum quality. I use a foodsaver vacuum sealer machine and months after purchase, they are still a premium quality ingredient.
