Pros. The seeds looks well, they are clean without any extra particles. Cons. Half of them are not solid so they become overcooked before other part is still cooking and that happens even before water get boiled. You'll never get good crumbly buckwheat from that seeds. I'm really disappointed.

I agree with the other reviewer - the grain is clean, free of any foreign particles.. Simply love it and I'm back for more!

There are no rocks or dirt or other impurities, unlike other sources I've tried. It can go straight from the bag to the grain mill. Two thumbs up.
