Because of the presence of bran, which reduces gluten development, baked goods made from whole wheat flour are naturally heavier and denser than those made with white flour. We tried this from a health food store and loved it. Then I saw it on here and compared the price, wow! Almost 1/2 the price- and with $5 shipping it can't be beat. We use it in everything now and we can hardly tell the difference between this and the white flour. It fills you up more as well.
We have the extra flour in mylar bags with O2 absorbers... so far no complaints.
We will be buying more from you guys in the future!
