I've been making pizza with this four for about 5 years with excellent results. Recently heard about a Naples OO flour and had to try it to see if I could make even better pizza. It arrived last week and this past weekend I used it. Maybe the best way to describe which flour I thought was the winner is the fact that, immediately afrter eating the OO flour pizza, I ordered another 50-bag of Honeyville's XL-Hi Gluten Flour (unbleached). I make thin-crust pizza and this flour really works. I've also used it for bagels and just about all varieties of bread. Can't say enough good about it.
